• Payments for services, treatments, workshops, or memberships must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds are generally not offered once a service has been provided. For workshops or bookings, cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund at our discretion.

• Digital downloads (such as PDFs or online resources) are non-refundable once delivered.

• Treatments and Coven membership are strictly 18+

• Divination services and workshops are available to clients aged 16+

• Apprentice Pages and beginner-friendly resources may be accessed from aged 13+, with minimal data collected and no sensitive information.

• All content on this website (including text, images, resources, and downloadable materials) is the intellectual property of The Hallowed Nook.

• Content is provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without prior permission.

• All services and content are provided "as is" and for personal insight or educational purposes only.
