The Hallowed Nook's treatments and advanced teachings are available to adults aged 18 and over.
We may provide beginner-friendly educational resources (such as folklore articles, journaling prompts, or downloadable Apprentice Pages content) that are suitable for younger audiences aged 13 and over. These resources only require minimal personal data, such as an email address for access, and do not involve collecting health or sensitive information.
Private communities, membership groups, and Coven access are strictly limited to participants aged 18 and over.
We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13. If we discover such information has been provided, we will delete it securely.
Data retention
Newsletter emails ~ kept until you unsubscribe.
Order information ~ kept for up to 6 years for accounting/legal purposes.
Analytics data ~ typically retained for up to 26 months.
Consultation forms & treatment records ~ kept securely for up to 7 years in line with professional and insurance requirements.
Emails collected for Apprentice Pages downloads ~ kept until you unsubscribe or request removal.
