The Spit Principle is a practical framework for understanding proportion, intervention, restraint and consequence in threshold craft.
It asks how far a working should go, what should be left undisturbed and when intervention becomes overreach.
About Liadán Hallow
I'm Liadán Hallow, the practitioner and teacher behind The Hallowed Nook. I work with liminal experience, thresholds and change. As a liminologist, I examine how these experiences are perceived and interpreted. As a liminwright, I develop language, frameworks and practical methods where existing ones fall short.
My work draws on more than twenty-five years of spiritual and ritual practice and a decade of teaching and facilitation.
I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Rahanni Teacher and qualified Crystal Therapist. I founded the Institute of Liminology and created The Spit Principle™ and Limintrace™
